Aggy Iona started the business in Orchard Street, Newport, Isle of Wight in October 1985 and this family run business has grown steadily ever since. We believe we were the first dedicated tile store on the Island and the range of tiles, tools and tiling products stocked grew until Tile Superstores was forced to move into a much larger premises in Crocker Street, Newport, Isle of Wight in 2000.
The Crocker Street site around five times bigger than the former showroom and it also benefits from on site parking, as does the Lake showroom at Spithead Industrial Estate, Isle of Wight which was opened about seven years ago. There are now seven employees split between the two showrooms and they have many decades of experience between them.
